Changing the 3V Coin Cell Battery

01. Remove the Battery Cover

• Pinch the two spring-loaded tabs on each side of the cover.
• Twist the cover counterclockwise until the large dot lines up with the small dot.
• Pull up to remove the cover.
  

02. Remove the Battery

• Press down on the rounded end of the middle tab to release the battery.
• If needed, use the eraser end of a pencil for extra leverage.

03. Insert a New Battery

• Slide the new battery into the holder.
• Press it down flat to lock it in place.

04. Reinstall the Battery Cover

• Squeeze the tabs on the cover.
• Insert it with the small dot aligned, then twist clockwise and align with the large dot to secure.
