Baggs is not responsible for the cost of installation, removal, or reinstallation of any product for any reason. Baggs assumes no responsibility for any damage to instrument, installer, or user resulting from this product. Baggs reserves the right to make mechanical and electrical refinements to the product without incurring any responsibility to modify any previously delivered product, or to supply new products manufactured to earlier specifications. 

Limited Warranty Information:
Baggs warrants to the using purchaser that this product shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal and proper use for a period of one (1) year. If you experience problems with your Baggs product, please contact your dealer. Baggs agrees to repair or replace defective products subject to all of the following conditions: 

A: Defective product and a brief written description of the problem shall be returned (transportation prepaid) by the dealer to the Baggs factory in Nipomo, CA, only after the dealer has obtained a return authorization number by calling (805) 929-3545.

B: Inspection shall disclose to the satisfaction of the manufacturer, LR Baggs, that the product has not been altered, repaired, subjected to misuse or accident, or damaged by improper installation.

After a period of one (1) year, damaged or defective goods may be returned to the Baggs returns department. If deemed repairable, there will be a $65.00 repair and labor fee assessed.
